Daimer launches steam cleaner for disinfecting cleanrooms

Steam machines with HEPA vacuums are said to provide superior cleaning results and increased productivity

Daimer Industries, a US supplier of industrial and commercial steam cleaners, has unveiled the KleenJet Supreme 3000CV, a versatile steam cleaner system with two, 110v-120v, 15 amp power cords.

‘To get allergen-free cleanrooms, machines with advanced technologies, features and enhanced cleaning power are required,’ says Matthew Baratta, Daimer Industries spokesman. ‘The KleenJet Supreme 3000CV vapour steam cleaner ends the need to stop repeatedly and change towels while cleaning.’

The industrial steam cleaner simultaneously cleans and extracts to maximise productivity. Conventional steam cleaner machines come with towels and brushes, but towels accumulate dirt quickly and need to be replaced repeatedly. Daimer's steam cleaner systems, on the other hand, feature accessories for cleaning different surfaces, such as walls, floors, stainless steel, counter tops, and most hard surfaces in cleanrooms.

The 3000CV creates high temperatures up to 364°F and pressure levels up to 115 psi. The multi-purpose grout steam cleaner ejects dry vapour flow that contains just 5% water content, making it suitable for cleaning surfaces requiring low moisture.

The system also features Daimer’s continuous refill, water capture, and HEPA technologies that offer enhanced cleaning by extracting particles as small as 3 microns.

The continuous refill technology ends the need to depressurise, refill, and reheat the system manually, which takes approximately 40 minutes. Water can be added to the machine while it is in operation. The particulates are captured into the machine's extraction chamber and a HEPA filter is attached for extreme protection.

The steam cleaner’s boiler includes Daimer’s Super-Hot technology that maintains the temperature with super hot water even when cold water is added. This means that the system is able to start operation immediately reducing waiting times and increasing efficiency and productivity.
