Provide accurate load spotting for materials handling in demanding environments

The latest trolleys from The David Round Company in Ohio, US are all-stainless steel hand geared models. With capacities from 1/2 ton to 5 tons, they provide accurate load spotting to the pharmaceutical industry as well as others that require cleanroom material handling products.

The new trolleys, to be introduced in March, incorporate a looped hand chain, which is attached to a sprocket. When the operator pulls the chain, the sprocket engages the gears to provide wheel movement. Pulling the alternate side of the loop reverses the trolley’s direction.

Established in 1869, The David Round Company makes standard chain hoists, jib cranes, winches and tractor drives in addition to its cleanroom products. The company also designs and manufactures custom-engineered material handling equipment to suit exceptionally demanding environments such as oil and gas production, pulp and paper manufacturing, water treatment and aviation, in addition to pharmaceutical processing and food manufacturing.
