UK temperature control specialist ICS Cool Energy is continuing its commitment to growth with the appointment of Phil Philippou, as UK Sales Director to its Service Division.
Philippou brings 24 years of HVAC industry experience to the Southampton-headquartered firm. He started his career as an engineer working on large cooling plant, and subsequently developed into operations leadership. Early in his career, he decided to move into sales and has never looked back. He rose in the company to National Sales Manager and later to Corporate Client Manager where he honed his skills around organic growth for key account management.
After several years, Philippou moved to the systems division, where he was responsible for launching a range of unitary products and then onto chiller sales with a view to augmenting his knowledge on both sides of HVAC.
