To provide a comprehensive service to VPHP technology users in the pharma and healthcare industry

Pharminox Isolation, a UK provider of products and services for users of isolators, has signed a co-operation agreement with DOP Solutions of Letchworth.

Cambridge-based Pharminox Isolation, led by directors Dr Helen Hale, Tim Coles and Caroline Coles, will operate as part of the DOP team and provide technical support on a broad front, including work on design and application, installation and commissioning, gassing cycle development and maintenance – both planned and unplanned. In this way Pharminox will help DOP to provide a comprehensive and reliable service to VPHP (vapour phase hydrogen peroxide) technology users in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Tim Triggs, a Director of DOP Solutions, said: “We are delighted that Pharminox will work with us as part of our team on this specialised area. We see VPHP technology progressing and the company’s experience and expertise in this area is key to us providing our customers with a complete support package.”

Coles, who is Managing Director of Pharminox Isolation, added: “We have worked with DOP on a number of projects over many years and recognise our ethics of high quality products and service closely match theirs. It is exciting to be able to provide DOP with additional VPHP expertise through Pharminox Isolation’s long-standing experience in this area.”

DOP Solutions is the UK and Ireland distributor for the Amira range of VPHP generators. Developed a few years ago by MBS in Germany, the generators produced by Amira are versatile devices used to produce VPHP for isolators, rooms, transfer hatches and safety cabinets. They can be free-standing or in-built, and can include air dehumidification and exhaust catalysation, as required, for each application.
