With a top-five US supermarket chain

PuriCore, a water-based clean technology company with offices in the UK and US, has signed a new Sterilox Fresh agreement valued at approximately US$14m with a top-five US supermarket retailer.

Under the terms of the agreement, the retailer will broadly implement Sterilox Fresh in its business and has agreed to a six-year warranty agreement, which will come into effect in Q2 2013.

Sterilox Fresh is used to extend shelf-life and to address cross-contamination in fresh produce. It is a natural food-safe rinse that kills harmful pathogens and spoilage organisms on contact to keep perishable products safer and fresher for longer.
