With two decades of experience of high quality manufacturing in cleanrooms in accordance with cGMP standards, we fully appreciate and understand the needs and concerns of our customers.
Our fully validated product range is manufactured in our state-of-the-art facilities in Wales where we operate Grade B and C cleanrooms with Grade A laminar air flow at the point of fill, to the requirements of cGMP.
We specialise in meeting the requirements of life science cleanrooms, whose needs are often very different from those of electronics cleanrooms. We offer technical expertise, extensive processing capability and have a reputation for innovation.
Ecolab Life Sciences has been awarded ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. We also hold the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC for the design, manufacture and distribution of sterile and non-sterile cleanroom products.
We monitor new legislation and regulations thoroughly and are committed to ensuring compliance with the all local and broader reaching regulations and guidelines e.g. Biocidal Product Directive/Regulation for our disinfectant range.
Our sterile manufacturing facilities are regularly audited by the major pharmaceutical companies worldwide, who themselves hold cGMP accreditation, as well as by the UK National Health Service and private hospitals. Any customer is welcome to visit the facilities to carry out a supplier audit.
Our specialist testing and quality laboratories operate to the principles of Good Laboratory Practice. As well as testing and evaluating every stage of the production cycle, we can offer support for in-house validation testing to customers’ specific requirements. This consists of the supply of comprehensive technical information, including both in-house and independent test data. Confidentiality, expertise and high levels of technical support are available throughout all stages of the specification and validation process.
The product range is available worldwide through a network of carefully appointed distributors, who also have access to our technical support and expertise.
At Ecolab Life Sciences we understand how the development of disinfection and cleaning regimes tend to evolve organically, shaped by regulatory, supplier and staff changes.
Our qualified Microbiologists and Quality Experts can provide an impartial, external perspective and offer a valuable opportunity to review your compliance procedures. This can save time and internal management resources, as well as helping to prevent costly regulatory issues in the future. Ecolab Life Sciences provides the site check facility completely free of charge and without obligation.
