Prefabrication, modularisation, cutting-edge 3D / 4D BIM VDC design being deployed to reduce schedule and total cost of project
AdvanceTEC, the leader in cleanroom design, construction, and mission critical process integration, announces that the company has been awarded a large-scale cleanroom design build contract serving a leading EPCM and global leading biotech CDMO. As a part of this project, AdvanceTEC will be leveraging our off-site prefabrication and staging facility to enhance schedule, site logistics, and safety.
AdvanceTEC was selected for this critical project based on the company’s demonstrated ability to lead in BIM / VDC modelling including 3D, 4D, virtual reality, and augment reality. The AdvanceTEC team also proved that their “Open Market, Zero Compromises” offering provided best in class solutions at the best price point. This customer centric approach provides advance solutions to achieve the clients project budget, schedule, and requirements. Pairing this with their prefabrication and offsite modularisation facility differentiates AdvanceTEC from their competition.
“This is a highly strategic win for AdvanceTEC,” noted Bryan Phelan, AdvanceTEC managing partner and director of customers. “Competition is great for business and is what drives us every day.” Phelan continued. “When you are highly differentiated like AdvanceTEC, you provide real business advantages to customers and have meaningful impacts well beyond getting the facility operational. We are truly grateful that this project team took the time to dig into the depth of AdvanceTEC’s offering.”
This facility will be outfitted with primarily ISO 7 Class 10,000, CNC, and localised ISO 5 Class 100 clean spaces. AdvanceTEC will be utilising virtual reality throughout the entire design build process for room-by-room programming of process equipment, personnel, and process utility access. AdvanceTEC is scaling their operations and resources to meet the demands of this client and the industry.
