At the operator’s request, Astell Scientific’s technicians can take control of the autoclave’s colour touch screen as if they were actually on site, diagnosing faults and programming new cycles without delay or the expense of an engineer’s visit. If a fault is detected and an engineer’s visit is necessary, then the technician will be aware of the problem and the parts ordered in advance, minimising time on site.
3G remote wireless support is available as an option on all Astell Scientific autoclaves and effluent decontamination systems.
