Entegris expands Singapore regional service centre
Entegris, specialists in materials integrity management, will be expanding and relocating its regional service centre in Singapore. From this facility, Entegris services its Asia Pacific region customers with precision cleaned and certified parts as an element of its off-site service program. The centre provides submicron cleaning, logistics and product repair to semiconductor and data storage customers. The facility utilises a class 100 cleanroom and proprietary ultrasonic and spray cleaning technology, combined with a sophisticated laboratory to verify product cleanliness.
