Grieve supplies Class 100 cleanroom cabinet oven to printed circuit board manufacturer

Model 797 features 20kW Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements

The 797 model 260ºF (127ºC), electrically-heated, Class 100 cleanroom cabinet oven from US-based ovens and furnaces manufacturer Grieve, is currently being used for drying coatings onto printed circuit boards at a customer’s facility.The workspace dimensions of the oven are 36in W x 36in D x 39in H. It features 20kW Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven chamber, while a 1000 CFM, 1-1/2-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload.

The 797 cleanroom cabinet oven has 4in insulated walls, a Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior with continuously back-welded seams, and an exterior finished with white epoxy paint. It also features a brushed stainless steel door cover and control panel face, 30in x 24in x 6in thick stainless steel high-temperature HEPA recirculating filter, plus all safety equipment for handling flammable solvents, including explosion-venting door hardware.

Controls on the 797 include a digital indicating, programming temperature controller and SCR power controller.
