Builds TL65CR for aerospace industry firm

Man & Material Lift Engineering (MLE), based in the US, has developed a special lift for an aerospace company that is to be used in the deployment of various aircraft.

The TL65CR high capacity vertical mast lift is Class 10,000 cleanroom compatible and has a working height of 65ft when fully raised. It includes the Omni-Motion drive system that provides movement in all directions and rotation around its centre point for precise manoeuvring.

The lift is to be used for aircraft barrel inspection at the unnamed aerospace company and is fitted with a special platform with work lights, a jib arm for local control, a 72ft reach and 360deg mast rotation.

For lifting materials, the TL65CR features fold down ramps, pendant and platform controls and sealed enclosures.

MLE says custom platforms can be developed for specific applications.

MLE, based in Cudahy, Wisconsin, designs and builds specialist explosion-proof lifts, custom lifts, aerials for the aerospace Industry, high-capacity aerial lifts, insulated lifts and offers engineering consulting.
