NGS has been chosen to design and install the 3,000 sqm ISO Class 7 cleanroom in Hungary

NGS has completed a 3,000 sqm ISO Class 7 modular cleanroom for a leading medical device manufacturer. This prestigious project in Hungary is a complete manufacturing facility that houses all of the equipment necessary to produce the complete product in one cleanroom.
This new concept will provide the client with a much more efficient process and workflow and will be replicated further at this site in the future.
NGS were responsible for the design and installation of items including the cleanroom fabric, all HVAC systems with 8 air handling units, reverse cycle heat pump system for heating and cooling and localised process extraction LEV systems.
Furthermore, NGS also designed and installed 6 internal mini cleanrooms to house the equipment for a specific process within.
Control and environmental monitoring of this new facility are by means of a dedicated BMS solutions also delivered by NGS.
