Curve Panels from Fulcrum Composites are installed in the same way as drywall

Fulcrum Composites, a US-based manufacturer of cleanroom wall panels, offers a new range of curved panels designed to provide seamless rounded corners in drywall installations.

Curve Panels are installed in the same way as drywall but bridge the gap between small radius vinyl trim and the smallest radius that it is possible to bend conventional drywall.

Curve Panels are available in radii from 2–12in. They can be used for wall to wall or wall to ceiling corners, or a combination of both. They are available for 90 degree corners and 180 degree end trim. Once installed the wall is completely seamless making it suitable for many kinds of cleanrooms where rounded corners are specified but conventional trim may leave seams which act as dirt traps and are difficult to clean.

Fulcrum Composites, based in Midland, MI, was formed in 2004 as a spin-off from The Dow Chemical Company to develop and market advanced materials to produce furniture, furniture components and architectural panels that are exceptionally light for their size.
