Particle College Seminar

Published: 15-Aug-2016

This one-day educational seminar will discuss the fundamentals of:

  • Particle counting in air and liquid environments
  • Facility monitoring systems
  • Molecular contamination
  • Applications in controlled environments via case studies
  • Implications of the new ISO 14644 revision
  • Developments in microbiological air and surface sampling

Through presentations and demonstrations attendees will learn about particles (viable microorganisms and non-viable particles), how they are detected, forces on particles, and which types of instruments are used to detect and quantify contaminants in clean environments.

Experts will inform on the mechanics of particle detection and enumeration, discuss the benefits and considerations of various monitoring techniques, review regulatory requirements, and outline calibration, upgrade and service requirements.
