As the first monoclonal antibody and small molecule protein hybrid production plant and filling plant in Egypt, the undertaking encompassed 88 modules, spreading over 5000 sqm
At the end of May 2023, Pharmadule Morimatsu AB successfully completed the delivery of its EIPICO3 modular pharmaceutical plant project based in Cairo for Egyptian International Pharmaceutical Industries Company.
As the first monoclonal antibody and small molecule protein hybrid production plant and filling plant in Egypt, the undertaking encompasses 88 modules, spreading over an aggregate floor area of around 5000 sqm.
This allows for the seamless fusion of factory and process modules. The production facility will fill the gap in the related field in Egypt when it is completed.
Pharmadule Morimatsu AB provided a comprehensive digital intelligence plant solution for this project, covering concept design, basic design, detailed design, plant manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning verification.
Pharmadule Morimatsu AB has effectively executed a comprehensive end-to-end solution encompassing design, procurement, manufacturing, FAT factory test, packaging, and shipment. This performance has been made possible owing to its proficient engineering management and design expertise, coupled with the adept supply chain deployment and top-notch manufacturing capabilities.
Despite such obstacles as varied international design standards and disparate geographical locations of the project participants across differing time zones worldwide, the team at Pharmadule Morimatsu AB fully leveraged its expertise and effectively navigated these challenges to successfully complete the project. Pharmadule Morimatsu AB established and sustained effective and frequent communication with the client's team, Egyptian drawing reviewer, and third-party management company, leveraging the benefits of an off-site modular plant construction approach to achieve factory fabrication of 88 module, as well as high levels of integration across cleanroom, process equipment, ducting, ventilation, electrical, BMS & EMS, fire alarm, security, and other systems.
This approach lessened the on-site workload, resulting in a significant reduction in the overall project construction cycle duration and yielding another notable example of a modular plant.
With rich experience in global modular plant delivery, pre-sales teams, project managers, design teams and validation experts of Pharmadule Morimatsu AB from all over the world, by virtue of in-depth understanding of product processes and industry regulations, keeps introducing new ways and pushing boundaries with customer needs as the core to provide the biopharmaceutical industry with digital intelligence total plant solutions comprising machines, values and plants, as well as full life-cycle services to accelerate products to market and lower costs for customer, thus benefiting patients in the Middle East and even around the world.
