The Crystel range of detergents have been identified by linking their gemstone product name to the product's colour on the pH scale. The range includes Ruby an acidic CIP detergent, Emerald a neutral manual detergent plus Sapphire and Amethyst both alkaline detergents. The disinfectants are then named after familiar precious metals and gemstones, such as Platinum and Diamond which represent the surface active, rotational, disinfectants.
The colourful and unique branding of Crystel can assist both purchasing and operators through catchy names for ease of ordering and strong colours for clear product recognition. The straightforward product names and their uses are very logical and the pH relevant colour-coding makes it simple to segregate on site.
