JOB TITLE: Project Manager
REPORTS TO: Projects Director
LOCATION: The Company’s construction sites throughout the UK.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
Reporting to the Projects Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of turnkey cleanroom and containment suite projects. They will have full technical and financial responsibility for the project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise with the Professional Team to understand the project scope and vision
- Oversee and manage the project design process
- Prepare and maintain project schedules
- Manage resource allocation throughout the project
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage the selection and procurement of materials and subcontracts
- Manage and report on all financial aspects of the project
- Manage technical and cost impact of project changes
- Schedule and chair project meetings
- Prepare and submit all correspondence with the Client
- Overall responsibility for Health and Safety for the project

Site Manager
Site Manager to join the project delivery team.
JOB TITLE: Site Manager
REPORTS TO: Contracts Manager/Project Manager
LOCATION: The Company’s construction sites throughout the UK.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
Reporting to the Contracts Manager/Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the site planning, execution and delivery of cleanroom and containment suite projects. They will also manage and lead other members of the construction team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day to day management of operations on site
- Liaise with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager on installation, programme, resourcing, and health & safety matters
- Carry out tool box briefings to the site teams and sub-contractors
- Plan and efficiently organise the site facilities and logistics
- Fulfil the role of Temporary Works Co-Ordinator
- Requisition all materials and oversee the deliveries
- Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved
- Ensure site team and sub-contractors are following common operational standards
- Carrying out safety inspections and fulfilling the health, safety and welfare responsibilities
- Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and neighbours as well as any other stakeholders.

HVAC Validation Engineer
The Validation & Maintenance division is looking for an HVAC Validation Engineer to join the team.
JOB TITLE: HVAC Validation Engineer
REPORTS TO: Validation Manager
LOCATION: Throughout the UK.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
Reporting to the Validation Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the carrying out cleanroom HVAC maintenance & validation jobs throughout the UK.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleanroom testing to ISO 14644 including: o Filter integrity testing o Pressure differentials o Air change rates and air volumes o Particle counts
- Cleanroom commissioning
- Fume cupboard testing
- Safety cabinet testing
- HLAF testing
- HVAC balancing and validation
- Preparation and execution of validation documentation including IQ, OQs
- Preparation of GMP compliant validation reports
- Liaising with new and existing Clients and to foster existing relationships and new opportunities
