Pippin Building Products’ HiTech modular panel systems come in a variety of different types to suit a varied application range.
The system is highly versatile and can be used to create special installations such as walk-on ceilings.
The standard panel thickness is 50mm, although there is a 40mm panel available for semi-conductor applications and 10mm lining panels.
Panels are suitable for medical and dental facilities, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, the food industry, research institutes and computer centres. They are self supporting so no framework is needed, have structural integrity and are load bearing, incorporate a cable system, are dust free and are durable and easy to maintain. There is also vermin access prevention and they are supplied in flat-pack form for efficient transport.
Antibacterial features include an acrylic elastomeric coating for interior use, which is waterproof and washable and provides protection against bacteria – a long-lasting coating which promotes better hygiene and health and indoor hygiene conditions.
Ideal for use in homes, schools, hospitals and food preparation areas, the anti-bacterial coating has a special formula which protects the environment from many types of bacteria like MRSA, E-COLI and Staphylococcus Aureus – for inhibition of asthma, flu and diarrhoea etc.
