Lancer wipes up

Decontamination specialist Lancer has introduced a new sterilising wipe that is not only bactericidal, but also virucidal, fungicidal and, importantly, sporicidal.

According to the company, Suprox wipes will combat the frontline healthcare issues of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and hospital acquired infection. They can also be used to disinfect surfaces in food production and laboratories where micro-organisms and contamination are a potential problem. Based on superoxidised water produced by electrochemical processes, there is none of the health issues or long contact times involved with alcohol-based alternatives. The thick impregnated wipes are supplied in tubs of 35 and do not require activation.
