Marya starts construction of veterinary vaccine cleanroom in Uganda

The new cleanroom is being built at the Uganda Industrial Research Institute as part of its business incubation programme

Shanghai-based Marya, a pharmaceutical engineering solutions provider, has started construction of a veterinary vaccine facility project in Uganda.

The facility is based at the Uganda Industrial Research Institute, as part of its business incubation programme. "It is a great breakthrough for the Ugandan biopharmaceutical industry," Marya stated in the release.

Marya also recently completed an ISO Class 8 cleanroom for medical glove production for a government agency in Tanzania.

For this project, Marya provided the cleanroom structure, HVAC and electrical engineering, as well as industrial equipment.

The China-based company has actually completed projects across the African continent over the last few years, as well as projects across Asia.

Founded in 2008, the company has three plants in China for the production of cleanroom materials, cleanroom equipment, and pharmaceutical water treatment equipment & liquid preparation system.
