Company wins three new contracts in tough economic times

A hat-trick of healthcare and pharmaceutical contract wins and more multimillion-pound deals also in the pipeline confirm the wisdom of Clean Room Construction’s commitment to quality to attract new business in a tough economic climate.

Three new contracts worth more than £1.2m, including the design and build of an IVF suite for a pioneering fertility clinic in Warrington, Cheshire, are positive signs that the strategy for the Kent-based specialist contractor is the right one.

'The good news is that our order book continues to grow, with some exciting multimillion-pound contracts currently being finalised,' a spokesman said. 'We are also adding to our engineering and CAD project teams to ensure that our customer service and quality standards remain the envy of the cleanroom and controlled environment industry.'

Other contracts recently awarded to CRC include an extensive upgrade to a GMP facility for a Staffordshire client who supports the global life sciences industry in the development and manufacture of biologics. The company has also been awarded a contract to design and build a new CL2 containment laboratory for a major sample and assay technology company based in Manchester.
