While most projects need the building envelope to be closed, the dry lining contractor near completion and the painters a good way through before the fitting of doorsets can commence, BOS’ frames are already in place. Early installment frames account for a sizeable part of production. Each frame, made in steel, is supplied primed and ready to build into position.
Fast and easy to install
Efficiency one: Removes the need to form openings in block and stud walls that can vary in width or height and are not always perfectly square. The stud partition or walling contractor inserts the frame for you. The frames are fast and easy to install and each one comes with a metre mark to ensure accurate positioning within the wall.
Ready fire insulation and first fix electrics
Efficiency two: Because the frames do not warp or shrink, they can be installed at a much earlier stage than their timber counterparts. As they are manufactured from 1.5mm steel they are robust enough to resist most site damage.
Efficiency three: The frames are manufactured to accept hinges, striking plates, closing devices or any piece of specialist hardware. We are experts at repetition! We ensure hardware positions are constant and that quality remains at high levels.

Efficiency four: BOS will be pleased to work with your door producer to ensure everything fits. This approach allows the use of doors manufactured in large production facilities using universal sizes and pre-determined designs and finishes.
