Teknomek, the hygienic furniture specialist, has promoted Claire Wells (pictured) to head of customer service as part of its ongoing commitment to putting customers' needs first.
Claire was previously a team leader for customer service with Norfolk based Teknomek, a post she developed over three years. Claire is delighted with the promotion which clearly highlights the company’s unrivalled customer service in its delivery of leading-edge hygienic design: "I am very proud that this promotion acknowledges our team’s commitment to continuously improving Teknomek’s customer service provision, including reducing customer waiting time and advancing our workplace efficiency," comments Claire. Claire has enjoyed a dynamic career at Teknomek over the past few years. In that time, she has brought about and implemented significant improvements within customer service, streamlining internal processes, establishing a regular training programme, and introducing new services in response to customer feedback. This has improved customer experience and reduced customer waiting time.
Prior to working with Teknomek, Claire spent 13 years at Zip Water UK, progressing to the role of service support manager.
