Ardmac promotes Director to CFO

Ian Madden has been appointed at Ardmac as CFO and will also take on tasks of the Chief Information Officer

Ardmac, the leading international construction specialist, has announced the appointment of Ian Madden as Chief Financial Officer. Ardmac directly employs over 300 people across Ireland, the UK and Europe, and provides specialist construction services to the commercial fit out, life sciences and data centre sectors.

Stepping up from his previous role as Financial Director, Madden will take up a new central position as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Madden will also take on the tasks normally associated with Chief Information Officer, mainly directing Ardmac’s IT department to ensure delivery of systems and processes essential to maintaining and growing the business.

A native of Limerick, Madden joined Ardmac in 2016 as Financial Director and has since played a key role in the development and growth of the business from a financial standpoint. Prior to this role, Madden held a financial position in Capnua Corporate Finance. Madden is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Ireland.
