Powder containment and aseptic transfer valves company, ChargePoint Technology, has appointed a new Vice President of AseptiSafe sales for North America.
Chris Rombach, previously of ILC Dover, Pacific Ozone and Stedim Biotech, joins the ChargePoint Technology team. He is responsible for driving the growth of AseptiSafe aseptic transfer valve range across USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Rombach’s previous experience spans several manufacturing and engineering companies within the biopharmaceutical, bioprocessing and containment markets.
Rombach said: “I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to be part of the ChargePoint team working to solve sterile transfer challenges.”
AseptiSafe
ChargePoint Technology achieved significant growth over the past three years, including 100% increase in revenue and record profits in 2016 with increased sales of its AseptiSafe aseptic transfer valve range.
This demand has continued into 2017 and subsequently fuelled the need for the expansion of its support team within North America.
ChargePoint Technology’s AseptiSafe range provides sterility for ingredient and small component transfers in aseptic processing and sterile API production.
The AseptiSafe transfer valves offer the high containment levels provided by ChargePoint’s PharmaSafe range coupled with the sterile transfer environment required for sensitive ingredients.
