Synergy Health has acquired the assets of Endo-Tek LLP and the shares of Phoenix Surgical Holdings Limited (incorporating Phoenix Optics Limited).

Founded in 1996, Endo-Tek LLP is a leading UK based rigid endoscope repair company and is headquartered in Northampton in central England.

Phoenix Surgical Holdings Limited was founded in 1981 and supplies more than 5,000 products.

Phoenix Optics Limited is based within Phoenix Surgical Holdings Limited and offers rigid endoscope repair and the sale of re-usable surgical instruments.

The Phoenix business is based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.

The acquisition of these combined businesses enables Synergy Health to provide its Customers with a more complete set of products and services.
