Management team takes control at Crowthorne Hi-Tec Services
Crowthorne Hi-Tec Services, provider of independent validation and servicing facilities to the medical, pharmaceutical and microelectonics industries, has been involved in a management buyout. The company was started 18 years ago by Owen Ford and Chris Bushell.Technical director Steve Robertson and general manager Kevin Beauchamp completed the buyout in March of this year. In 2003 a proposition was made by Robertson and Beauchamp for a Management Buyout of the Company and this was successfully concluded in March this year. The arrangement places the owner ship of the Company with the Management Buyout team but allows for Owen and Chris to retain some interest in the company but retire from the day to day activities although it is envisaged that they will remain active in the cleanroom industry through their association with Crowthorne Hi –Tec.
