Antistat, a ESD protection and technology-led packaging solutions provider, has today announced the strategic merger with Integrity Cleanroom.
Integrity Cleanroom specialises in contamination control and cleanroom consumables.
Prior to this, Antistat and Integrity Cleanrooms were both trading divisions of the Ant Group. From today, Integrity Cleanroom will officially become part of the Antistat family and operate under a single brand.
This brings together two well-established brands, combining their expertise to offer comprehensive solutions for industries requiring high-level contamination control and ESD protection and follows the successful merger of their US operations earlier this year.
Founded in 1987, Antistat has built a strong reputation for providing solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry through close working relationships within the defence, aerospace, semiconductor and automotive sectors.
Rapid advances in high-tech electronics manufacturing and the subsequent growth in production of sensitive electronic components within cleanrooms has led to a crossover with Integrity Cleanroom's focus on contamination control and/or cleanroom consumables. This integration will provide customers with an expanded product portfolio, improved service efficiency, and enhanced global reach.
"This strategic merger represents an exciting new chapter for both Antistat and Integrity Cleanroom," said John Hesley, founder and CEO, "with the rise in adoption of advanced technologies, combining our strengths ensures we offer a single, integrated solution for the high-tech manufacturing industries we serve"
The companies state that these are the key highlights of the merger:
- Expanded product offerings: Customers will now have access to a broader range of products, including cleanroom consumables and ESD packaging, from a single source
- Improved customer experience: The consolidation will result in streamlined operations, faster order fulfilment, and an even higher standard of customer service
- Global accessibility: Integrity Cleanroom's products will become more accessible through Antistat's established distributor network
- Seamless Transition: Starting 4th November 2025, customers visiting the Integrity Cleanroom website will be redirected to Antistat's platform, Antistat.co.uk, where they will find their familiar cleanroom shop alongside Antistat's extensive ESD supplies
Integrity Cleanroom customers will continue to use their existing login details on the new platform, but for additional security will be prompted to update their passwords.
Antistat has been working in electrostatic discharge consumables and high-end technology-led packaging solutions since 1987 and is quality approved to ISO 9001 standards. As well as the US & UK headquarters, there are distribution centres across North America, Singapore and Malaysia giving clients a pan-global, strategic supply network.
