Clean Rooms International fulfills pharmaceutical manufacturer’s requirement for laminar air flow and sterility on new bottle fill line

Clean Rooms International recently completed a stainless steel vertical flow isolation unit for an advanced aseptic pharmaceutical fill line. HEPA filtered air is supplied over the critical process in a rigid wall enclosure with integrated fan filter units.

The isolation unit was custom designed and manufactured to meet the client’s requirements of sterility and laminarity. Features of the isolation unit include; four stainless steel ECM fan filter units, aerosol injection ports, touchscreen controls and monitoring, airflow indicator lights, surface mounted LED lights at both ends of the bottling line, stainless steel perforated top and bottom panels, sliding panels and stainless steel levelers. The isolation unit measures 106" Wide x 52" Deep and 90" in height.

Prior to shipping, Clean Rooms International provided in-house testing and calibration data confirming the required laminar air flow, particle counts and airflow rates.
