US-based cleanroom design and build expert AES Clean Technology has launched its CleanLock Module (trademarked).

CleanLock Module is an airlock solution that enhances cleanliness, speed, and efficiency in cleanroom project execution.

The new airlock offers a secure transition for people and materials entering and exiting cleanroom environments.

The CleanLock Module's innovative 3-dimensional design modularises these intensely coordinated and repeatable segments of any cleanroom project

Engineered to minimise the risk of contamination in cleanroom environments, the CleanLock Module integrates AES' proprietary cleanroom finishes, patented lighting, predictable airflow patterns, and advanced door controls to create a highly controlled environment that can be seamlessly integrated into any facility without delay.

The new product features:

  • PVC-faced walkable ceiling with patented linear LED lighting - Lightbeam (trademarked)
  • Integral flush-mounted doors with factory-tested interlocking controls
  • Integrated HEPA filter to deliver supply air and low wall return to maintain cleanliness
  • PVC-faced modular walls with PVC coving and welded seams

"We are thrilled to introduce the CleanLock Module airlock to the market," said Grant Merrill, Chief Commercial Officer. "This product addresses the critical need for maintaining ultra-clean environments in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical device manufacturing. With its state-of-the-art technology and precision engineering, the CleanLock Module will set a new standard for contamination control and efficiency in design and construction execution."
