Founded in 2021, Mariana Oncology then chose PIDC to deliver a 40,000 sqft tenant fit-out project of its new office and lab space.
The new space can be found at 100 Forge, which is a nine-story life science building that began welcoming tenants at the end of 2022.
Mariana Oncology is a pharmaceutical expert that creates medicines to treat cancer’s toughest tumours by harnessing the power of precisely-delivered radiation.
The laboratories consist of dedicated lab spaces for chemistry and biology research, as well as controlled environment facilities, which include an ISO Class 7 Cleanroom and a Vivarium lab space.
The office consists of collaborative huddles and conference rooms, open office cubicles, and a dedicated lounge space with a stunning view of Boston’s skyline.
The design of the space approaches a modernistic and industrial aesthetic appearance by incorporating glass partitions, custom woodwork, floating acoustical baffles, open ceilings, exposed cross bracing and much more.
