ICCCS announces congress schedule
The 21st International Symposium of the ICCCS is being held in Switzerland from 3-7 September, 2012
A detailed session schedule is now available for the 21st International Symposium of the International Confederation of Contamination Control Societies (ICCCS) being held in Zurich, Switzerland from 3-7 September, 2012.
This event is organised by a different host country every two years and this year is being hosted by ETH Zürich (an engineering, science, technology, mathematics and management federal university in the City of Zurich) and organised by the Swiss Contamination Control Society (SwissCCS).
Many working groups (ISO-TC, CEN-TC, ICEB, and ICCCS committees) have meetings scheduled at the event in Zurich. In addition to a three-day programme of conference presentations and an exhibition for delegates, there is also a lake-side banquet, which takes place on Wednesday evenning.
There are also technical tours scheduled for Friday, 7 September, including a visit to the IBM Research - Zurich Labs in Rueschlikon and its Industry Solutions Lab and Nanotechnology Center. The second tour is to Zimmer Orthopedics GmbH, in Winterthur. Each tour takes only half a day, and will be conducted twice, so delegates can book both, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
