Patersons Partitions enters next phase of ISO Class 8 cleanroom for Nolato Sligo

Cleanroom installation expert Patersons Partitions has completed the main ceiling panels of its ISO Class 8 cleanroom project and is entering the next phase of construction

Patersons Partitions, a UK-based cleanroom design and build specialist, has commenced work on an ISO Class 8 cleanroom project.

The company has supplied and erected cleanrooms for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, food and beverages, automotive, and many other sectors in and outside the UK.

The newest project is for Nolato Sligo in Ireland. Nolato Sligo is the Ireland-based manufacturing operations of the Swedish injection moulding expert, Nolato.

To date on this most recent project, Patersons Partitions has completed the main ceiling panels, which the company considers a significant step forward in delivering a high-quality, controlled environment that meets strict industry standards.

Patersons Partitions is also actively installing other key components, including modular walls, advanced HVAC systems, and HEPA filtration. These critical elements ensure a highly controlled and compliant workspace, tailored to the specific needs of its clients.

In the coming weeks, Patersons Partitions will focus on completing the following installations:

  • Walls and ceilings – Ensuring a seamless, contamination-controlled environment.
  • HVAC and filtration systems – Implementing advanced air handling solutions for optimal air quality.
  • Doors and windows – Finalising the enclosure with precision-fitted components.

Following these stages, the company will proceed with flooring and lighting installations, leading up to final validation and certification.
