T-SQUARED has completed a refurbishment programme at OXB's Windrush Court headquarters in Oxford, delivering works across a series of aseptic pharmaceutical and laboratory environments.
The project, completed in May, involved technical refurbishment works within laboratory areas, support spaces, controlled interfaces and associated building services.
The programme was delivered in phases to minimise disruption to ongoing operations within the regulated life sciences facility.
According to T-SQUARED, the works required careful coordination and programme management due to the operational and compliance requirements associated with high-containment aseptic pharmaceutical environments.
The refurbishment forms part of ongoing investment in OXB's research and development infrastructure.
Windrush Court serves as the company's headquarters and houses laboratory facilities supporting analytical services and process research and development activities.
The site is part of OXB's wider Oxford campus, which supports viral vector development and manufacturing for cell and gene therapies.
T-SQUARED said the project encompassed laboratory refurbishment works, upgrades to support areas and controlled interfaces, together with associated mechanical, electrical and building services improvements.
The contractor specialises in the design, construction and validation of controlled environments for the life sciences, pharmaceutical and advanced technology sectors.
Previous projects delivered by the company for OXB have included laboratory fit-out and expansion schemes at the Windrush Court facility.
OXB operates a network of facilities in the UK, US and France and is a contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) focused on viral vector-based cell and gene therapies.
Windrush Court remains a key research and analytical hub within the company's Oxford operations.
