TSI Incorporated has launched the second generation of its Facility Management System (FMS), featuring the new FMS Web Client 2.0 for browser-based cleanroom monitoring.
The system is designed to provide real-time visibility of environmental conditions, including airborne particles, temperature, humidity, pressure and airflow.
FMS Web Client 2.0 provides secure access through a web browser from any device, with configurable layouts, dynamic alarm dashboards and interactive floor plans.
The distributed architecture is designed to support continuous operation, while the platform can integrate with TSI monitoring instruments, including AeroTrak remote and portable particle counters, the BioTrak Real-Time Viable Particle Counter, the AeroTrak Cleanroom Condensation Particle Counter and AeroTrak Active Air Sampler.
“Customers operate in high-stakes environments, and this platform was engineered with their regulatory, operational, and IT needs in mind,” said Ketan Mehta, Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at TSI.
The FMS is targeted at regulated cleanroom environments across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor and medical technology sectors, enabling users to monitor, document and respond to environmental data remotely.
Last month, the company also launched a four-phase framework designed to support pharmaceutical cleanroom teams implementing biofluorescent particle counting for Grade A environmental monitoring.
