CTEC, the Cleanroom Technology exhibition and conference, will be taking place from 12-14 October 2004. It promises to be the industry's most comprehensive European-based contamination control event. Contamination control is a dynamic discipline and the requirement for clean and aseptic processing and packaging is spreading beyond the traditional markets. It is becoming increasingly important in sectors such as the food and automotive industries. Meanwhile, new disciplines such as nanotechnology and the rise of biopharmaceuticals are further boosting demand. That is why Cleanroom Technology magazine is launching the new exhibition and conference to be held next October in Brussels, at the heart of Northern Europe and easily accessible from all major European industrial centres by train, road or air. There has never been a truly 'European' dedicated event that reflects the importance of the entire sector – from cleanroom construction to aseptic and clean processing and packing. Organised by Polygon Media Ltd, the publisher of the Cleanroom Technology, CTEC will be a truly pan-European event supported by the largest marketing campaign ever seen for an event in the cleanroom and contamination control sector. Pre-registrants will benefit from VIP status and a regular email newsletter keeping them up-to-date with the latest exhibition, conference and special events developments. The conference running alongside the exhibition will be a comprehensive, high-level meeting which will attract the key decision makers across Europe. Polygon's expertise and market knowledge of the cleanroom and contamination control sector will be supported by a Steering Committee drawn from industry and academia, which will ensure a focused exhibition and a topical, first rate conference programme. Topics to be covered will include:

There will also be training workshops and breakout sessions on topical developments. Cleanroom Technology is the European magazine for contamination control and associated subject areas.
