ABB in management buy-out

ABB Building Systems (UK), a unit of the ABB Group have been involved in a management buy-out and now have a new name. The company are now known as Inviron Ltd. as from 31st December 2003. It will be the only building services company completely owned by the management and staff. Inviron are specialists in facilities management and services, building, climate and marine systems. In addition, they design and install environmental air systems and solutions. Gary Metcalfe, Inviron's Managing Director said 'It will be business as usual and the same professional people will be carrying out the same high standards of work - however, they will be part of a team driven by the needs of our customers, and they will be involved in the Company directly through ownership.'
