Autoflow Padana completes installation

Autoflow Padana Cleanrooms has just completed a major cleanroom installation for Chester Medical Solutions' new facility in Bromborough, Wirral. The total layout was designed to suit Chester Medical's specific needs and cGMP requirements with Autoflow Padana acting as the main contractor and Airedale Environmental Services carrying out the HVAC and service work. David Patterson, Managing Director of Chester Medical said "We are thrilled with the quality of the cleanroom system from Autoflow Padana. It has exceeded our expectations and provides us with an environment unmatched in the UK. Throughout the project Autoflow Padana and Airedale Environmental listened to our requirements, working closely as a team from the design stage right through to validation to satisfy the MCA and to the provision of full working manuals." The Padana cleanroom system is totally modular and therefore allows any size or shape of cleanroom to be constructed and then modified or extended in the future. The design is based on an aluminium frame faced with a melamine high pressure laminate finish that allows easy cleaning and prevents damage to the surface. The walls, doors and windows are perfectly coplanar which eliminates crevices for dirt and contamination to accumulate. All holes for sockets, return air grilles and service piping are cut at the factory prior to delivery in order to minimise installation time on site.
