Better clean with Hotpack glassware washer

Published: 7-Jan-2008

A spray arch water delivery system, designed to improve glassware cleaning and washing, has been incorporated into the latest range of large-capacity washers from Genevac.

The system – a feature of the new Hotpack washer – projects a vertical ‘wall of water’ equally across the entire chamber.

Separate plumbing systems for wash and rinse cycles minimise detergent carry-over to provide a clear final rinse. In addition, a high efficiency water management system conserves energy and reduces operating costs.

A touch screen control interface, which is located at eye level, enables easy selection from a range of preset or user defined programmed operating options. The automatic door operation has watchdog safety functions that only allow washer operation when the door is fully closed. Additional convenient operation and maintenance features include a 316L stainless steel interior, easy access to plumbing and detergent reservoirs plus an ultra clear glass door to provide unrestricted observation of machine operation. A wide range of baskets to accommodate all types of laboratory glassware and interchangeable spindle manifolds are available.

The new washers from SP Industries, join the Hotpack family of glassware washers that include under counter and space saver models.
