BLOCK Technology has rebranded as Timotec Reinraumtechnik, marking a strategic realignment following the capital merger of three European cleanroom specialist firms earlier this year.
“All rights and obligations of our company remain in full force, and we will continue all existing business relationships without interruption,” said Filip Bětík, CEO of Timotec Reinraumtechnik.
Previously operating as BLOCK Technology, the company will now trade under the Timotec Reinraumtechnik name.
The announcement follows a capital merger that brought together BLOCK Technology, TIMOTEC Reinraum-und Automatisierungstechnik and FOR Clean, creating an expanded group focused on cleanroom and aseptic production technologies across Europe.
The rebranding introduces a new corporate identity and visual mark while retaining all existing legal particulars, including registration number, VAT number and registered office address.
Contract validity and ongoing business relationships remain unaffected, and clients and partners have been asked to use the new name and logo in all correspondence from the effective date.
The move is expected to strengthen the group’s market presence as it continues to deliver solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and advanced therapy production environments, with a consistent focus on quality and regulatory compliance.
Advancing monitoring systems for gene therapy isolators
In addition to its corporate evolution, Timotec Reinraumtechnik has reinforced its credentials in advanced cleanroom technology.
The company recently collaborated with industry partners to develop a prototype monitoring system for gene therapy isolators, designed to support high-precision manufacturing environments for viral vectors and sensitive biologics.
The prototype enhances real-time environmental and operational visibility within isolators, reflecting the company’s broader strategic focus on innovation in cleanroom automation and monitoring systems alongside its core modular cleanroom and aseptic facility delivery capabilities.
