Cleanroom space for sale

Bespak is due to auction off 5800sq m of cleanroom space located in Milton Keynes, UK, on June 26.


The auction is taking place due to the closure of the medical device manufacturing facility previously used to produce Pfizer’s Exubera inhaler, which is no longer being marketed.

The sale covers 5800sqm (circa 58000 sq ft) of sectional panelled class 10,000 cleanrooms. There are some 1000 interlocking panels plus air handling equipment, air locks and secure doorways.

The sale, for all or part of the system, will be on a first come first served basis and the auction is being handled by GoIndustry.
