Daw announces sale of intelligent enclosures

Daw Technologies, Inc. specialists in cleanroom component design, manufacture and installation, have announced that the company has sold all of the assets of its Intelligent Enclosures business unit, which specialises in the design of ultra-clean mini-environments, to a group consisting of former managers of that business unit. Daw will continue to provide manufacturing services for Intelligent Enclosures. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
