Extract Technology name revived under new ownership

A major name in the world of containment equipment manufacture for the pharmaceutical, chemical and biotech industries has recently been revived thanks to the foresight of its new owners.

US-based private investment firm, Insight Equity, has acquired the Walker Group (parent group of CPS Extract) resulting in the Huddersfield-based manufacturer of pharmaceutical containment equipment reverting to its former name of Extract Technology Limited.

Leading Extract into the future is David Pallister, who has over sixteen years experience with the company. David has been based in the USA for the last seven years, heading up the expansion in the North American market.

To emphasise the company's commitment to the future, Extract has re-branded its corporate look.
