Filtering out fibres

You may have experienced problems with heavy duty contaminants in exhaust systems, which can create a potential ductwork fire hazard or premature blocking of AHU return air filters. This problem is often associated with operating theatres via collection at floor level of lint or textile fibres etc. Krantz has a new range of fibre filters which can eliminate this problem by removing textile fibres from exhaust air in cleanrooms, in particular operating theatres or ancillary operating rooms. It is constructed from 1.4301 stainless steel, which makes it easy for cleaning and disinfection. It is available in many sizes for smooth room walls or duct walls and tiling.
