FTS Cleanrooms has completed a turnkey cleanroom facility for UAE-based manufacturer Provacu, a producer of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) and medical consumables.
The manufacturer makes products that labs depend on every day, such as blood collection tubes, specimen containers and petri dishes.
The project transformed an empty shell into a GMP- and ISO-compliant manufacturing facility for products including blood collection tubes, specimen containers and petri dishes.
At the heart of the facility are ISO Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms, engineered to provide the controlled environment required for sterile, high-precision medical manufacturing.
Delivered under a single turnkey contract, the project included the design and installation of cleanroom partitions and equipment, specialist HVAC systems for contamination and pressure control, hygienic flooring, internal electrical installations and an integrated Building Management System (BMS).
By managing the complete design, construction and commissioning process, FTS provided a coordinated approach to cleanroom engineering and regulatory compliance.
