G‑CON Manufacturing, a global provider of prefabricated and modular cleanroom systems, has announced the appointment of Robert Pedersen as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Pedersen joins G‑CON with more than 15 years of executive leadership experience across global manufacturing, engineered solutions and technology‑driven organisations.

Prior to joining G‑CON, Pedersen served as President and CEO of PPM Technologies Holdings, where he led strategic growth initiatives, operational transformation and organisational integration in complex industrial environments.
In his new role, Pedersen will lead G‑CON’s global operations and strategic vision, with a focus on innovation, sustainable growth and delivering modular and prefabricated cleanroom solutions that meet evolving industry requirements.
His experience in scaling manufacturing excellence and driving customer‑centric solutions is expected to support G‑CON’s mission to deliver high‑quality controlled environments with speed, efficiency and reliability.
