Globus adds Showa-Best gloves to portfolio

Globus (Shetland), a supplier of protective and disposable gloves, will become sole distributor of the Showa-Best glove range in the UK and Ireland from 1 March.

Globus, with its head office in Shetland and a sales office in Manchester, has been working with the Showa Glove Company of Japan for the past 15 years. Showa acquired Best Glove from Tillotson Corporation in 2007, creating one of the world’s largest hand protection manufacturers and adding a range of highly protective chemical-resistant gloves to its portfolio.

Globus will be adding around 35 Best Glove products to its range, taking the total number of glove types it sells to around 80.
