Huntsville Memorial Hospital in Huntsville, Texas, has purchased a Walker County Hospital District-funded cleanroom suite from QleanAir.
QleanAir, a provider of clean indoor environment solutions, announced the order for the new cleanroom, which was funded by Walker County Hospital District.
The purchase order has a total value of approximately US $300,000. In addition, a service agreement for three years has also been signed.

The new cleanroom is expected to be completed in 2024.
Chief Commercial Officer of QleanAir Scandinavia, Amanda Myers, said: "Our team is excited to work closely with Huntsville Memorial Hospital's pharmacy team to provide a cleanroom that is technologically advanced and provides a safe environment for compounding of both hazardous and non-hazardous sterile drugs."
