HVAC expert BASX Solutions expands into Tennessee with new facility

The Oregon-based company has expanded into Tennessee with the support of parent company AAON

BASX has expanded in the US into Memphis, TN.

The US-based company designs and manufactures high-efficiency HVAC systems. The company acquired Seasons 4’s cleanroom product line in 2016.

Originally founded in 2012 in Redmond, OR, the company was acquired by HVAC powerhouse AAON in 2021.

AAON’s facility in Longview, TX, also began producing BASX equipment in 2023.

At the end of 2024, BASX also opened a further facility in Oregon. A 36,000 sqft weld shop, introducing state-of-the-art welding technology within a climate-controlled environment.
