Industry leaders to steer CTEC

Eminent industry professionals have joined forces to form the Steering Committee for CTEC - the Cleanroom and Contamination Control Exhibition and Conference being held in Brussels from 12-14 October 2004. The Steering Committee will lend its expertise to ensure that the conference focuses on the critical concerns facing the industry and will make certain that the most appropriate speaker will be on hand to address these issues. The exhibition will also benefit from the Committee's expert guidance to ensure a comprehensive showcase covering all facets of the industry. The CTEC Steering Committee includes: Linda Vereycken of the Belgian Cleanroom Workclub; Dr Lothar Gail of the German Cleanroom Society; Conor Murray of the Irish Cleanroom Society; Dr Hans H Schicht of the Swiss Cleanroom Society and Prof Bengt Ljungqvist and Dr Berit Reinmüller of the Cleanrooms and Contamination Control Association for Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden (R3 Nordic). CTEC is organised by Polygon Media, the publisher of Europe's only pan-European contamination and control journal, Cleanroom Technology. Publisher Mike Mikunda says: 'CTEC is the industry's event and to this end we want to ensure that it is topical, that it tackles the actual concerns of the industry and that it provides an environment for acquiring knowledge and awareness. We are therefore delighted with the level of expertise that the Steering Committee represents. The members will be the driving force behind CTEC, ensuring it constitutes a true reflection of the needs of the industry." CTEC will consist of a high-level conference with sessions on regulatory affairs, design, containment, aseptic processing & packaging and business solutions. The exhibition will complement the conference by showing the latest in design and construction, garments and consumables, equipment and services.
